We aim to deliver excellent results, but it's important to understand that outcomes may vary depending on each individual’s skin or hair condition, lifestyle, and response to treatment. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue any service if we determine that it is not in the client’s best interest medically or ethically.
Clients can book appointments through our website, by phone, or by visiting our clinic in person. Once an appointment is scheduled, we will send a confirmation message via email, text, or phone call. Please note that SkinVive reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to emergencies, provider unavailability, technical issues, or any situation beyond our control. In such cases, we will make every effort to notify you as early as possible and reschedule your session at your convenience. Your patience and understanding in such rare circumstances are highly appreciated.
To ensure smooth operations and fair scheduling, we kindly ask clients to provide at least 24 to 48 hours’ notice when canceling or modifying an appointment. Last-minute cancellations or failure to show up may result in a cancellation fee or loss of your deposit, depending on the treatment type. This policy is essential in helping us manage our time efficiently and provide availability to other clients waiting for appointments. Repeated no-shows may also lead to refusal of future bookings.
All payments for services are due in full at the time of the appointment. We accept multiple payment methods, including cash, credit/debit cards, and select online payment options. Some procedures or packages may require a deposit or full advance payment to confirm your booking. Please note that prices are subject to change without prior notice, although any pricing already confirmed at the time of booking will be honored. In the case of prepaid treatments, we strongly advise reviewing the refund and validity terms associated with your specific service.
SkinVive offers treatment packages for clients seeking multiple sessions or a series of procedures. These packages are non-transferable and must be used within the specified validity period, typically mentioned at the time of purchase. Unused sessions beyond the expiry period will not be refunded or carried over unless an extension has been granted due to medical or personal reasons with prior written communication and approval from the clinic management.
Prior to any treatment, clients are required to complete a consultation form, medical history record, and sign a treatment consent form. It is your responsibility to disclose accurate, up-to-date information about your medical conditions, medications, allergies, or previous cosmetic procedures. This allows us to assess your suitability for the treatment and minimize risks. SkinVive cannot be held liable for adverse effects or unsatisfactory results stemming from withheld or inaccurate information provided by the client.
While our team is highly trained and every effort is made to deliver optimal results, individual results may vary. Skin and hair treatments can be influenced by several external and internal factors including hormonal imbalances, stress levels, diet, and genetic predispositions. SkinVive does not offer any guarantees, explicit or implied, regarding the success or permanence of any procedure. We also emphasize that results may take time and may require follow-up sessions or a combination of treatments for the best outcome.
SkinVive adheres to ethical and legal practices when it comes to treating minors. Clients under the age of 18 must have written consent from a parent or legal guardian before undergoing any aesthetic procedure. In some cases, a parent or guardian may also be required to be present during consultations or treatments. We also ask that parents accompanying children during adult treatments ensure that children remain in the waiting area and are supervised at all times to maintain a calm and professional clinic environment.
Photographic records are often used to track treatment progress and assess results over time. With your express written consent, we may also use these photos for marketing, educational, or promotional purposes. We understand the sensitivity of such images and will always ensure that your identity remains confidential unless you explicitly agree otherwise. This includes our logo, treatment descriptions, articles, client testimonials, images, and videos. Although we strive to provide a smooth and satisfactory experience, SkinVive is not liable for any direct or indirect damages that may arise from the use of our services, including but not limited to side effects, complications, dissatisfaction with results, website interruptions, or third-party service failures. Our liability, under any circumstance, will be limited to the cost of the treatment or service provided. SkinVive maintains the right to refuse service to anyone who displays inappropriate, abusive, or disrespectful behavior toward our staff or other clients.
